Martha “Tuffy” Coggins Mobley July 15, 1955 - October 29, 2019

Martha Coggins Mobley “Tuffy”, age 64, died Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at her residence in Aberdeen.  She was born July 15, 1955 to Hubert Coggins, Sr. and Sadie Fairley Coggins in West Point, MS.  She was a lifelong resident of Aberdeen.  She worked as an Avon Representative for thirty one years, and she also worked at Wal-Mart.  She was a member of River Bend Baptist Church. Survivors include five sisters, Linda Record (Frank) of Aberdeen, MS, Dorothy Harris (Eddie) of Cedar Bluff, MS, Betty Spencer (Bill) of Aberdeen, MS, Mary Ann Robertson (Butch) of Aberdeen, MS, and Diane Clardy-Malone (Willie) of Hamilton, MS; one brother, Hubert Coggins, Jr. (Beb) of Hamilton, MS. She is preceded in death by her parents and James “Bo” Mobley. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home, 100 West Washington Street, Aberdeen, MS  39730.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 1, 2019 at River Bend Baptist Church with Charles “Bulldog” Coggins, Bro. Roy McHenry, and Steve Gaskin officiating.  Burial will be in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.  The address to River Bend Baptist Church is 50361 Old Hwy 25, Aberdeen, MS  39730. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time, Friday, November 1, 2019 at River Bend Baptist Church.

      Tuffy was full of life.
      If there were loud bursts of laughter, you could always find her at the center of it. She was an angel! Prayers to her sweet, sweet family!

    So sorry for her family and friends. Tuffy was a beautiful soul inside and out. She did not meet a stranger. She and I had a love for Pekingese Dogs in common. She loved her babies. She will be missed by so many but she will not be in pain anymore. She is now with her parents and our father God in heaven. Love you tuffy pray that the good Lord gives your family peace! RIP Tuffy

    Martha was only known to to me through a Large and Generous Family, Full of Love, Laughter and Joy! The world is less now with her loss, though we know she is better now for having shed a life with cancer. Praying God’s Love Blesses Martha with Peace while Giving Strength to her Family & Friends.
