Dennis Ray Thomas, Jr., 35, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021, in Hamilton.
He was born January 1, 1986, in Columbus to Dennis Ray Thomas and Charlyn Hall
Carney. He attended Aberdeen School. An outgoing, talkative, encouraging, and
generous soul, Dennis enjoyed visiting and talking with friends and family. He
loved people and never met a stranger, he was also an animal lover and especially
loved his dogs. He was of the Pentecostal faith and will be missed by all who
knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Charlyn Carney; sisters, Barbara Johnson (Paul),
Emily Wright and Sara Nicole Cook; uncles, Henry and Todd Chandler, and a host
of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by an aunt, Faye Neal.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at Tisdale
Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen with Rev. Ricky Bowen officiating.
Burial will follow in Egger Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Wright, Paul
Johnson, Ozzy Wright, Zymin McCramie, Renee Rhodes, and Raymond Taylor.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1 PM until 1:45 Pm.

      I am praying for you all.. I love him so much! I never got to meet him in real person but we were planning a visit and i will miss all of our video chats.. He alwaysss made me smile even on my darkest days..

    There will always be a special place in mine and Sharon’s hearts. So many good memories.he really would do anything for you and was always clowning around. He was there so many times when we were in need. Whether something with the kids like taking them or picking them up from school or just an ear to vent to or just a friend to kick it with. He will be missed… We are praying and we love yall.
