IRMA  ADAMS

  NETTLETON - Services for Irma Holley Adams, 88, who died Saturday, March 6th at Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center in Amory, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 8th in the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Nettleton Chapel with Rev. Robert Secrist officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
  Mrs. Adams was born in Monroe County to John Thomas and Betty Harris Holley. She had lived in the Nettleton area most of her life, was a former factory worker, beautician, worked in a dry goods store, owned and operated Irma's Fabric Shop and worked at the Dorothy J. Lowe Memorial Library in Nettleton. She was a member of North Boulevard Christian Church in Amory and enjoyed sewing and working in her garden.
  She leaves a son, R.V. Adams (Sharon) of Nettleton; a brother, Wade Holley (Cheryl) of Nettleton; four sisters-in-law, Mavoline Holley and Helen Holley, both of Amory, and Estelle Holley and Carolyn Holley, both of Nettleton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon David Adams; her parents; three brothers, Herman Holley (Opal), C.T. Holley and Hershel Holley.
  Pallbearers are Thomas Galloway, Joe Hester, Jimmy Holley, Robert Holley, James Holley and Richard Schlicht.
  Visitation will take place at the funeral home one hour prior to the services Monday.
